This service delivers up-to-the-minute discussion among SCA members and others interested in the mission of the SCA to your email inbox. Anyone can join and participate. Road trips.Written and photographic accounts of road trips taken by SCA members over the years. Galleries. Collections of photographs based on a theme or geographic location.
Publications. The SCA provides its members with a wealth of publications and information. In addition to this web site, the society offers these resources:
Books. Publications for the commercial archeologist. SCA Journal. Published twice a year, the Journal contains scholarly articles on topics relating to the mission of the SCA. Richly illustrated, the Journal focuses on topics as diverse as roadside religion, shopping centers, movie theatre architecture and the minority experience on the road. The Journal also include regular features on diners, the National Register, signs and ephemera. SCA Newsletter. The Newsletter, Road Notes, provides up-to-the-minute news about the society. The Newsletter is published four times a year. Tour Guides. The SCA produces tour guides for its annual conferences. These handy publications offer information about the sites that the SCA visits on its bus tours.
